![]() Sorry for the cross-post.cant seem to figure out how to delete the newbie board post, as this question probably belongs here, anyway. Both had the same result.Īnyone have a clue what this is? It must be a problem with the multiplex step, but I can't see how to fix it. I also tried encoding MPG as either a standard MPEG-1, or as a Video CD. I tried re-multiplexing it with 2 different programs - TMPGEnc and bbMPEG, both yielding the same result. But I stopped it, started it, sped it up, slowed it down, and every time the "1X" speed always played way too fast. I figured the software was just acting goofy. However, when I tried it out in PowerDVD (to check how it would be displayed via VCD), the video ran quickly, as if it was at 2X speed. I converted the WAV to an MP2 so I could use bbMPEG to multiplex the 2 files into an MPEG. Had my WAV and my M1V and went to multiplex. And more importantly, it also ran fine in PowerDVD, albeit without sound. Using the original AVI file as my source, I encoded it to MPEG-1 (without encoding the sound) with TMPG. Stripped out the audio to WAV with DVD2AVI.
